Maintains elevated working knowledge (SME) for all systems supporting PPM (including RPM feeds), PIM, and Cumulus (CUPID) to:
Train peers
Communicate system issues and recommend opportunities for efficiencies and enhancements to IT and Management
Partners with Merchants to ensure all timelines, check points and deadlines are communicated and met for Direct Mail, Grand Opening materials and Special Projects - outside of the Weekly Inserts
Partners with Advertising Management, Marketing and Merchants Analytics to help plan advertising to ensure ad pages reflect best traffic, sales opportunities and feature relevant product and items to support themes and markets; including preparing and distributing necessary advertising reports to stakeholders
Coordinates and executes Marketing (both Brand and Vendor) and Merchant key campaigns and initiatives for Direct Mail, Grand Opening materials and Special Projects (outside of the Weekly Inserts)
Enters and maintains an accurate PPM advertising system for Direct Mail, Grand Opening materials and Special Projects (outside of the Weekly Inserts); including ad headline, ad copy, images, logos and pricing
Coordinates preview and final proofing for Direct Mail, Grand Opening materials and Special Projects (outside of the Weekly Inserts) with Merchants and external stakeholders (Vendors) as necessary
Partners with Vendor Marketing, Merchants and Vendors to coordinate digital assets for key campaigns and initiatives for Direct Mail, Grand Opening materials and Special Projects (outside of the Weekly Inserts), sharing with internal stakeholders for full omni-channel plans
Partners with eCom to ensure needed omni-channel call-outs, such as More Options, Free Shipping, etc , are represented in Advertising materials
Supports Advertising Administrators, Sample Team and Photo Studio to coordinate sample collecting, oversees page lay-outs and provide clear direction for image development for Direct Mail, Grand Opening materials and Special Projects (outside of the Weekly Inserts)
Distributes pertinent information for store communication (via Playbooks) on merchant promotions, pricing and copy errors to Store Operations, Merchants, In-Store Marketing and Pricing
Supports the Advertising Manager in developing, documenting and maintaining the advertising process and training
Provides leadership, mentorship, and support to Ad Specialist and Ad Administrators
Assists other marketing department members as needed
Required to learn company policies , procedures and safety rules

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
At least four years relevant business related work experience.

Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes or similar e-mail system

Communication effective listening, speaking, and writing
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
