Job Description
Location: Waco, Texas
Salary Range: $8 to $9 based on experience
Shift Times: Evenings, Over-nights, Weekends and Holidays
Employment Type: Full time and Part time available
Description: Pro Security is a premier provider of highly trained security officers to many industries including commercial real estate, residential communities, government, construction, manufacturing and distribution, financial institutions, and shopping centers.
This position requires officers with strong customer service and communication skills, as they will interact with the general public on a regular basis.
Job Description:
Observe and report activities and incidents for assigned site.
Provide security for client’s property and personnel.
Makes random patrols checking for irregularities and criminal activities.
Preserve order; enforce rules and regulations per instructions for assigned site.
Control access to site or facility according to site procedures.
Patrol assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checking for safety concerns, unsecure buildings, rule violations, maintenance concerns, and unauthorized persons.
Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, flooding, inclement weather, and other incidents.
Prepares Daily Activity Reports as required.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law.
No criminal convictions as specified under applicable law and contract requirements
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication with emphasis on customer service, conflict resolution and report writing.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Reliable and punctual, Self-motivated, Detail oriented
Reliable Transportation.
Capable of standing and walking per site requirements.
Must own a firearm
