Purchasing Administrator - Aerotek (Waco, TX) in Waco, Texas For Sale

Candidates will be responsible for: Review list of parts on the computer and order them grouped by job codes and job order numbers, Review the Bill of Materials and write a Purchase Order and send it to each vendor, review the hand written QA paperwork and type them in a Microsoft Word or Excel document, use the company computer software to order parts and maintain inventory, make job folders based on job codes and POs, learn and maintain vendor relationships, keep track of all order and communicate with vendors when needed and catch any order mistakes. This person must be: proficient with computers, type at least 60 words per minute, self-motivated, a quick learner, good at taking and reading notes in order to learn job responsibilities, comfortable with working alone in a quite office, pay extremely close attention to detail, comfortable on the phone, personable on the phone to build and maintain relationships with vendors, determined, sharp and quick thinker, have great organization skills.
