LEGO Collectors! TWO New Lego Education (CITY) 9247 Sets in Waco, Texas For Sale

I have two LEGO Education Sets xxxx. They are sets of 30 City Minifigures w accessories. The Education sets like this are difficult to find at retail, in my understanding. The sets contain 30 City character Minifigures each. The sets aren't Mint in box, though. One box is complete with accessories and is open. All of the minifigures and accessories are still factory sealed in baggies and are unopened. The other set is open and was missing a baggie of some of the accessories (this was a factory error, unfortunately). All items from this set are in a big Ziploc baggie (pictured). Both sets are in GREAT condition. Definitely NOT junk at all. Over 60 minifigures in all (cooks, city workers, policemen, firemen, doctors), plus many cool accessories like motorcycles, bikes, dogs tools, stretchers.
I'm asking $85 or best offer. I'm well aware of the value of these for LEGO collectors, so any lowball attempts will be ignored. A SINGLE set routinely goes for $70.00 alone on EvilBay:)
